300 ml coconut cream

1 cup sugar
Salt to taste
Green colouring
2 tbsp vegetable oil

1/4 cup water
Optional : 1 tbsp dried shrimp (pound)
1/2 tsp white pepper powder
1/2 tsp black pepper powder

1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp sweet soy sauce
1 tbsp fish sauce / light soy sauce
1 tsp sugar
Pickled chillies
