KUIH BAKAR PANDAN



BAKED PANDAN CAKE




Kuih Bakar Pandan

Recipe - modified

Ingredients: Blend
10 pandan leaves
6 cups water (adjust)

2 & 3/4 cup flour (adjust)
300 ml coconut cream
1 egg
1 cup sugar
Salt to taste
Green colouring

Vegetable oil
Sesame seeds
2 Kuih Bakar baking pans

Method

Combine 3 cups pandan juice, egg, sugar, coconut cream and blend
Add 1 cup flour at a time to the mixture and blend again
Add salt to taste and 3/4 tsp green colouring

Baking pan

Grease the baking pan with 2 tbsp of vegetable oil

Kuih Bakar Mould

Heat the mould on the stove for 2 mins, add 2 tbs vegetable oil, sesame seeds and pour the pandan mixture

Let it cook for 5 mins and transfer to the oven 

Bake @ 190ÂșC bottom heat for 30 mins 
Continue to bake @ oven mode (top & bottom heat ) for 20 mins

Mee Goreng Udang Kering Ingredients: Yellow Noodle Chye Sim / Sawi Beansprout Chives Lime 3 tbsp chillie sauce 1 tbsp tomato sauce 1 tbsp oyster sauce 2 tbsp light soya sauce 1 tbsp dried shrimp (pound) 1 tbsp onion & garlic paste 3 tbsp chilli paste 1/2 tsp shrimp paste 1/4 tsp tumeric powder optional : 1/2 tsp white pepper powder 1/2 tsp black pepper powder



       


Mee Goreng Ingredients: Yellow noodle Beef Prawns Squid 2 eggs 2 tbsp chillie sauce 1 tbsp tomato sauce Chye Sim Beansprout Chives 2 tbsp sambal tumis paste 1/4 cup water Optional : 1 tbsp dried shrimp (pound) 1/2 tsp white pepper powder 1/2 tsp black pepper powder Sauces: 1 tbsp oyster sauce 1 tbsp sweet soy sauce 1 tbsp fish sauce / light soy sauce 1 tsp sugar Pickled chillies  Ingredients: Red & geen chillies Vinegar Salt & sugar to taste Hot water

Quick and easy spicy & sour fish soup, serve it hot with porridge or rice.

SINGGANG SERANI FISH 

Recipe

Ingredients: Red snapper / White Snapper / Sea Bass / Mackerel / Tengiri
2 lemongrass (crushed)
1/2 tsp tumeric 3 tbsp tamarind paste 1/2 tsp sugar Salt to taste 1 ikan bills stock cube


Sliced ingredients:
2 onions or 10 shallots 3 garlic 3 cm ginger 4 cm lengkuas 2 lemongrass (crushed) 2 Red & green chillies 
Optional: Bird's eye chillies
Belacan mixture: Mix well 2 tbsp shrimp paste (belacan / terasi) 1/2 cup water
