KUIH BAKAR PANDAN



BAKED PANDAN CAKE




Kuih Bakar Pandan

Recipe - modified

Ingredients: Blend
10 pandan leaves
6 cups water (adjust)

2 & 3/4 cup flour (adjust)
300 ml coconut cream
1 egg
1 cup sugar
Salt to taste
Green colouring

Vegetable oil
Sesame seeds
2 Kuih Bakar baking pans

Method

Combine 3 cups pandan juice, egg, sugar, coconut cream and blend
Add 1 cup flour at a time to the mixture and blend again
Add salt to taste and 3/4 tsp green colouring

Baking pan

Grease the baking pan with 2 tbsp of vegetable oil

Kuih Bakar Mould

Heat the mould on the stove for 2 mins, add 2 tbs vegetable oil, sesame seeds and pour the pandan mixture

Let it cook for 5 mins and transfer to the oven 

Bake @ 190ÂșC bottom heat for 30 mins 
Continue to bake @ oven mode (top & bottom heat ) for 20 mins
