Pau Kacang / Red Bean Buns
Ingredients: 1 kg plain flour / Hong Kong flour 1/2 tsp double acting baking powder 1/2 tsp bread improver 1/4 tsp salt 3 & 1/4 cup warm water 11g Saf-Instant Baker's dry yeast 1 tbsp sugar Red bean filling: Red beans (soak 4 hrs) 4 cups water Sugar to taste Salt to taste 2 tbsp oil 1 pandan leaf Pau Kacang Bahan-bahan: 1 kg tepung gandum / tepung Hong Kong 1/2 sudu kecil serbuk penaik (double acting baking powder) 1/2 sudu makan bread improver 1/4 sudu teh garam 3 & 1/4 cawan air suam 11g Saf-Instant Baker's dry yeast 1 sudu makan gula pasir Inti Kacang Merah Bahan-bahan: Kacang Merah (rendam 4 jam) 4 cawan air Gula secukup rasa Garam secukup rasa 2 sdm minyak makan 1 daun pandan
