SAMBAL GORENG JAWA
Sambal Goreng Jawa
Ingredients: fry
Beancurd
Tempe
Beef / mutton
Beef lung
6 garlic
1/4 tsp salt
Sliced ingredients:
4 onions
15 red & green chillies
10 dried chillies
Ingredients :
Prawns
Long beans
2 lemongrass -slice
4cm lengkuas - slice
5 lime leaves
2 tumeric leaves
200 ml coconut milk
1 tsp belacan
1 tsp tamarind
1 tbsp palm sugar
Sugar and salt to taste
Fried shallots
Ingredients : blend
4 tbsp chillies paste
3 onions / 20 shallots
6 garlic
6 cm ginger
2 tbsp dried shrimp
4 candlenuts
2 lemongrass
1 tsp tumeric
