CURRY PUFF / EPOK-EPOK / GORENG PISANG / FRIED BANANAS


































Curry Puffs / Karipap / Epok-Epok Ingredients:
1 kg plain flour 2 tbsp rice flour 1 tbsp tapioca flour 1 tbsp Planta margarine /ghee 1 cup oil 400 ml warm water 3/4 tbsp salt Air kapur : 1/8 tsp kapur 1 cup water Curry puff filling: Ingredients: Potatoes / sweet potatoes 1 tsp anchovies 1 tsp dried shrimp 5 shallots 3 garlic 2 tbsp curry powder 1 tsp chillie powder Curry leaves Celery leaves Salt & sugar to taste Epok-epok / Karipap Bahan-bahan : 1 kg tepung gandum 2 sudu besar tepung beras 1 sudu besar tapung tapioca 1 sudu besar Planta margarine / mink sapi 1 cawan minyak (masak selama 2 minit) 400 ml air suam 3/4 sudu besar garam Air Kapur : 1/8 sudu teh kapur 1 cawan air Inti kentang : Kentang / Keledek Daging cincang 1 sudu kecil ikan bilis 1 sudu kecill udang kering 5 biji bawang merah 3 biji bawang putih 2 sudu besar serbuk kari 1 sudu kecil serbuk cili Daun kari Daun saderi Garam & gula secukup rasa












Fried Bananas / Goreng Pisang Ingredients: 1 cup Rice flour 2 tbsp corn flour 1 egg 1/4 tsp tumeric Salt to taste Water Fried Banana / Goreng Pisang Ingredients: Pisang Kepok / Saba Banana 8 tbsp rice flour 1 tbsp plain flour 3/4 tbsp sugar 1/4 tsp salt 1/4 tsp turmeric 2 tbsp air kapur 1/2 tbsp Planta margarine Water Air kapur : 1/4 tsp kapur 1 cup water Pisang Kepok / Saba Banana Bahan-bahan: 8 sudu makan tepung beras 1 sudu makan tepung gandum 3/4 sudu gula pasir 1/4 sudu teh garam 1/4 sudu teh kunyit 2 sudu makan kapur 1/2 sudu makan Planta margerin Air Air Kapur : 1/4 sudu teh kapur 1 cawan air
