Fried beancurd

1/2 tsp fenugreek seeds

2 tbsp briyani powder (Faiza / Adabi brand)
1 tbsp kerutuk powder (Adabi)
1 tbsp chillie powder
1 tbsp garam masala
200 ml coconut cream
50 ml evaporated milk

1/2 tbsp almond powder
