SINGAPORE SUP TULANG (BONESTEAK)





   Sup Tulang or bonesteak serve with bread or baguette.



         
   
Singapore Sup Tulang (Bonesteak) Ingredients: Mutton bones 1 cinnamon stick 2 star anise 4 cardamoms 4 cloves 1 cinnamon stick 2 star anise 4 cardamom 4 cloves 3 tbsp soup powder 1 can tomato puree 2 tbsp red sugar / sugar to taste 4 tbsp chillies sauce Salt to taste 1/2 tsp black pepper 1/2 tsp nutmeg powder Fried shallots Coriander leaves
