SAMBAL TUMIS TELUR / EGG SAMBAL

       






Sambal Tumis Telur 

Ingredients:
Eggs 2 cups chilli paste 1 tbsp Ikan bilis 2 onion / 20 shallots 5 garlic 4 cm ginger 1/2 tbsp belacan 1 tbsp ikan bilis (anchovies) - pound 1 tsp tumeric powder 1 onion 1 tbsp palm sugar Salt & sugar to taste 1 tbsp chicken granules or 1 ikan bilis cube / seasoning 1/2 tsp tamarind paste
