NASI LEMAK / SAMBAL TUMIS IKAN BILIS / SAMBAL BAWANG





 





Nasi Lemak
Ingredients:
4 - 6 cups rice 500g Coconut milk (Heng Guan) or 300 ml Kara Coconut cream 3 pandan leaves 3 shallots 2 garlic 4cm ginger 1 lemongrass 
Salt to taste
Fried chicken wings / Mid wings Ingredients: marinate Chicken wings / drumets / mid wings 1/2 tbsp tumeric 1 tsp white pepper 1 tsp chillie powder 1 tbsp sugar 1 tbsp chicken powder Paste (blend) 1 onion / 5 shallots 3 garlic 3 cm ginger 1 tsp coriander seeds 1 tsp white peppercorns 4 lemongrass
Sambal Tumis Ikan Bilis
Ingredients: 2 cups chilli paste 2 onions / 20 shallots 6 cloves garlic 4 cm ginger 1/2 tsp belacan 1 tsp tumeric 1 ikan bilis cube or 1 tsp chicken granules 2 tbsp palm sugar 1 tbsp sugar Salt to taste 1/2 tsp tamarind paste Sambal Tumis Bawang / Onion Sambal Ingredients: 2 cups chilli paste 6 cloves garlic & 4cm ginger (blend) 5 sliced onions 2 tsp belacan 1 tsp tumeric powder 1 tsp seasoning 1 tbsp palm sugar Salt & sugar to taste 1/2 tsp tamarind paste
