SINGAPORE SUP TULANG (BONESTEAK)
Sup Tulang or bonesteak serve with bread or baguette.
Singapore Sup Tulang (Bonesteak)
Ingredients:
Mutton bones
1 cinnamon stick
2 star anise
4 cardamoms
4 cloves

2 tbsp red sugar / sugar to taste
4 tbsp chillies sauce
Salt to taste
