MEE BANDUNG
Mee Bandung
Ingredients:
Yellow Noodle
Prawns
Beef / Mutton
Salt
1 tsp white pepper
1 - 2 Beef cubes
1 tsp vinegar
Beansprouts
Celery leaves
Chives
Lime
6 Eggs
2 tbsp corn flour & water
2 tbsp oyster sauce
3 tbsp chillie sauce
3 tbsp tomato sauce
Ingredients: blend
20 dried chillies
10 shallots / 2 onions
4 garlic
4 cm ginger
1/2 tsp tumeric
1/2 tsp shrimp powder (belacan)
Pickled Chillies:
Red & green chillies
1 & 1/2 tbsp vinegar
1/4 cup hot water
1 tbsp sugar
Salt to taste

AGAR AGAR GULA MELAKA // PALM SUGAR JELLY
Palm Sugar Jelly / Agar Agar Gula Melaka
Ingredients:
20g Agar agar powder (Swallow Globe - White)
2100 ml water
4 pandan leaves
4 pcs palm sugar
Sugar & salt to taste
2 eggs
400 ml coconut cream
Note: Sieve palm sugar syrup
Agar Agar Gula Melaka
Bahan2
20g serbuk agar agar (Swallow Globe - White)
2100ml air
4 daun pandan
4 keping gula melaka
Gula & garam secukup rasa
2 telur
400 ml santan
*Air gula Melaka ditapis
