Sambal Udang Petai / Prawn Sambal Petai
Ingredients: Prawns - marinate with salt & tumeric powder 1 onion - slice Petai Sambal Tumis 60 dried chillies 2 onions, 4 cloves garlic 3 cm ginger 1 tsp tumeric 1/4 tbsp belacan 1 tbsp palm sugar 1 tsp chicken granules /seasoning Salt & sugar to taste 1/2 tsp tamarind paste  
1/4 cup water
