RED CHILLIES ASAM PEDAS






Asam Pedas Ikan Lada Merah

Ingredients:
Tengiri fish 10 fresh red chillies or 1 - 2 cups chilli paste 2 lemongrass 2 red onion 5 cloves garlic 5 cm ginger Pickled sour mustard Laksa leaves 3/4 tbsp tamarind Salt & sugar to taste 1/2 tbsp chicken granules Tomatoes Okra


ASAM PEDAS IKAN TENGIRI



SAMBAL TUMIS IKAN BILIS





Sambal Tumis Ikan Bilis 
Ingredients: 2 cups chilli paste 2 onions / 20 shallots 6 cloves garlic 4 cm ginger 1/2 tsp belacan 1 tsp tumeric 1 ikan bilis cube or 1 tsp chicken granules 2 tbsp palm sugar 1 tbsp sugar Salt to taste 1/2 tsp tamarind paste





Asam Pedas Ikan / Spicy Tamarind Fish
Ingredients: Stingray / Red snapper / Pomfret 1 - 2 cups chilli paste 2 lemongrass 2 red onion 5 cloves garlic 5cm ginger Pickled sour mustard Laksa leaves 3/4 tbsp tamarind paste Salt & sugar to taste 1/2 tbsp chicken granules Tomatoes 
Okra
