Ingredients:

Beansprouts
Green Chillies
Fried shallots
Fried beancurd
Lime
Celery
Boiled eggs
Sweet soya sauce
Sweet potatoes

3 tbsp curry powder
1 cup red sugar or dark brown sugar
Sugar to taste
Salt to taste
1 - 2 tsp tamarind paste (adjust to taste)
1/2 cup peanuts
1 - 2 tbsp plain flour (mix with water to thicken the gravy)

1 kg Beef /mutton

2 lemongrass
1 onion (slice)
3 garlic (slice)
4cm ginger (slice)
1 cinnamon stick
2 star anise
4 cardamom
6 cloves
2 sprigs curry leaves
2 - 3 bay leaves
1/2 tsp fenugreek seeds
2 tbsp chilli paste
1 tsp tumeric powder
3 tbsp meat curry powder
2 tbsp briyani powder (Adabi)
1 tbsp kerutuk powder (Adabi)
1 tbsp chillie powder
1 tbsp garam masala
200 ml coconut cream
1 tbsp tamarind paste
1 tbsp palm sugar
1 tbsp kerisik (coconut paste)
200 ml coconut cream
1/2 tbsp tamarind paste
Salt to taste
