KARI AYAM










Chicken Curry / Kari Ayam Kampung Method 1 Ingredients: Chicken / Ayam kampung Potatoes Tomatoes Green chillies 2 tbsp chillies paste 2 tbsp onion, garlic & ginger paste 1 Knorr chicken cube / seasoning 100 ml yogurt / coconut cream / evaporated milk Lime Coriander leaves 1 cinnamon stick 3 star anise 4 cardamom 4 cloves 3 tbsp meat curry powder 2 tbsp briyanipowder (Adabi) 1 tbsp kerutuk powder (Adabi) 1 tsp tumeric powder 1/2 tbsp chillies powder Ingredients: slice 1 onion 3 garlic 4cm ginger Method 2 Ingredients: Chicken Potatoes 1 cinnamon stick 3 star anise 4 cardamom 4 cloves 3 tbsp meat curry powder 2 tbsp briyani powder (Adabi) 1 tbsp kerutuk powder (Adabi) 1 tsp tumeric powder 1/2 tbsp chillies powder Tomatoes Green chillies 2 tbsp chillies paste 2 tbsp onion, garlic & ginger paste 200 ml coconut milk 1/2 tbsp tamarind paste 1 - 2 tbsp oyster sauce 1 knorr chicken cube / seasoning Salt & sugar to taste Coriander leaves Ingredients: slice 1 onion 3 garlic 4cm ginger Prata Ingredients: 1 kg plain flour 2 & 1/2 cups warm water 3 tbsp condensed milk 3/4 tbsp salt 1 tbsp margarine (melted)
